* Lien searches are completed for properties only within the Town of Indian River Shores, and results will only be provided for the property specified as part of the submission. The Town of Indian River Shores’ Lien Search Requests system is provided as a service to the public. The cost for and requires payment of a $50.00 administrative fee (as outlined in The Town of Indian River Shores Building Department Permit Fees – “Schedule A”. Payment of the fee is due upon completion of the response to the request.
