NOTICE
New Permit Fee Schedule Effective July 1st, 2026
The Town recently conducted a thorough cost analysis of our building permit administration, plan review, and inspection activities. This study helped establish fees that accurately reflect the Town's actual costs to administer and enforce the Florida Building Code per Florida House Bill CS/CS/HB 803, amended Sections 553.791 and 553.80 of the Florida Statutes. It requires local governments to establish inspection fees that reflect the actual cost of providing inspection services and requiring reductions to certain commercial permit fees when private providers are utilized.
Please note, inspection fees have been removed from the building permit fee and will now be charged individually at $120 per inspection.
