Peter J. Sweeney, Jr. serves as the Town Attorney. Senior Counsel with the law firm of Block & Scarpa, Mr. Sweeney previously served as the City Attorney for Ft. Pierce, FL and Deputy City Attorney for Palm Bay, FL. The Town Attorney represents the Town in a variety of legal matters as well as provides representation and advice to the Town Council, boards, and Town officials.
