Peter J. Sweeney, Jr. serves as the Town Attorney. He is the founding Partner of MTC Law. Previously, Mr. Sweeney served as the City Attorney for Ft. Pierce, FL and Deputy City Attorney for Palm Bay, FL. The Town Attorney represents the Town in a variety of legal matters as well as provides representation and advice to the Town Council, boards, and Town officials.
