Community Center

The Community Center is open to the public for rental. Maximum room capacity is 120. If you are interested in renting the Town’s Community Center, please contact Lucy Scheidt at LScheidt@irshores.com or 772-231-1771, ext. 124.

Resident

Weekday rental prices

Hourly: $100 plus tax per hour (mandatory four (4) hour minimum rental)

Daily: $1,000 (7:00 AM to Midnight with Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM)

Resident

Weekend rental prices

Daily: $1,000 (7:00 AM to Midnight with Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM)

 

Non-Resident

Weekday rental prices

Hourly: $200 plus tax per hour (mandatory four (4) hour minimum rental)

Daily: $2,500 (7:00 AM to Midnight with Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM)

Note: Along with rental, the Community Center has folding tables and approximately 100 padded folding chairs for use inside the building. There are 8 (5') round tables, 6 (6') rectangular tables and 12 (3') square tables.
